CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PRINCIPAL, TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Code of Conduct for Teachers:

Teacher should
1) Follow responsible code of conduct and behavior expected of them by the society.
2) Make conscious efforts to update and upgrade through reading and research.
3) Show sincerity, dedication and perseverance towards all the responsibilities assigned by the Administration.
4) Preserve the dignity of the profession by not indulging in non-ethical behavior and plagiarism in teaching and research
5) Strive for the fulfillment of Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Institution.
6) Respect the rights of students and deal impartially irrespective of their caste, religion, gender, socio-economic background and abilities.
7) Neither harbor any vindictive feelings against any of the stake holders nor incite them against any of the stake holder.
8) Behave with their colleagues in the same manner as they themselves wish to be treated.
9) Convey inability in case of performing assigned task by intimating the concerned authority.
10) Follow dignified dress code while in the campus.
11) Co-operate with the Administration for the betterment of the Institution to preserve and enhance the well earned reputation of the Institution.

Code of conduct for Non-Teaching Staff:

Non-Teaching Staff should
1) Strive to create positive impression of the college through their demeanor.
2) Maintain cordial relations with colleagues, teachers and administration.
3) Keep themselves updated by participating in different workshops.
4) Persevere to maintain the data and records in files and documents meticulously.
5) Show sincerity, commitment and dedication towards the tasks assigned by the Authority.

Code of conduct for Principal:

Principal should
1) Provide constructive and motivational value based academic and executive leadership to the college.
2) Perform the administrative role with transparency, fairness, honesty and wise decision making.
3) Strive for optimum utilization of human resources, college assets and infrastructure.
4) Promote quality culture in all aspects of work and activities in the college.
5) Adhere to a responsible pattern of conduct and behavior expected of them by the society.
6) Endeavor to maintain conducive atmosphere for work, learning and research.

Code of conduct for Students:

Student should
1) Behave with respect while speaking with teachers and administrators.
2) Maintain the decorum of the classroom.
3) Refrain from using mobile.
4) Avoid loitering in the corridors during the college hours.
5) Follow good conduct and disciplinary instructions issued from time to time.
6) Strictly adhere to the library and general rules mentioned in the prospectus of the college.
7) Follow the dress code prescribed by the Institution.
8) Actively participate in various activities and programs organized by the college for all round development of students.
9) Attend classes, practical’s and tutorials sincerely and regularly.
10) Submit medical certificate in case of absence due to medical reasons.
11) Help in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness within the campus.
12) Use the college property with responsibility and care.
